Hi,
I will be checking my account frequently so I can get this out to you right away. I will be sure to use air
as the three months you had to wait is painful. I recently sold a pair of walkie-talkies on ebay to a
guy in Mount Waverly Victoria and he got them in less than a week so I assume it should take about the same
time. I'll e-mail you with all the shipping details.
Thank You. -Mike

I called my bank today and they told me that it sometimes takes a few days for International transfers
so I'm hoping within the next few days. It's all ready to ship. -Mike

That was the last I ever heard from Michael Zimmerman. A subsequent email bounced, due to his email account exceeding its quota.

Hiya Mike,

It has been almost three weeks since I heard from you last, and you haven't
been replying to my emails. I am now extremely concerned and stressed
about this, that money is practically my life savings at the moment and I
have invested it all in a computer that I can use to pursue an education with.

What's going on? Have I been ripped off here?

This lack of contact is causing endless distress here. Please respond immediately.

Regards,
Phil

I then sent an email to his bank. The reply confirmed that not only had Michael Zimmerman received the money, but had confirmed so verbally on the phone when the bank rang him.

Mr. McGree,
We answered the wire service from your bank yesterday. The wire was received on the 26th of February and posted to Mr. Zimmerman's account on the same day. I spoke to Mr. Zimmerman on the phone following receipt of the service and asked him why he thought he hadn't received the money, at which point he informed me that he knew he had received the money and that everything was OK as far as he was concerned. I hope this alleviates your concern. If you have any further questions or concerns please contact Mr. Zimmerman directly.

Mr. McGree,
The money was posted to his account on the 26th of February. If
you feel the need to contact the police I would be happy to provide them
any information they may need. As I said I left him a message 2 days
ago and he called me right back so he is around.

Good Luck,
